    Conditional Formatting - Multiple Rows

    Hello,

I need help to include conditional formatting for the forecast rows, is it possible to filter and just apply to the cells required. As the dates become actual the conditional formatting will have to be removed and all cells should be grey. Thank you in advanced for your support. File Attached.

    Stale Dates – Orange
Upcoming within 5 Days – Yellow

Re: Conditional Formatting - Multiple Rows

I'm assuming that by "stale date" you mean "in the past."

In this file, dates in rows marked "forecast" will be orange if there is no Actual date and the date is in the past.

Dates in rows marked "forecast" will be Yellow if there is no Actual date and the date is from today up to 5 days in the future.

If that is not what you want then please give a more complete description with a mock-up showing the results you want.

You may want to consider using CF to color cells gray as well but I haven't tried to figure out what your rule is for that.

    =and(isnumber(match($b2,$b$2:$b$5,)),index(c2:c5,match($b$5,$b2:$b5,))>0)
