Count Completed statement and add static date

Good morning

I'm attempting to have a column populate with mm/yy after calculating the previous columns that have the word "COMPLETED" entered into them.
I've tried various IF statements but can't get this to work. I've tried to attach a sample but can't find the way to do this.

So, I've columns 'A-M' with the word "Completed" that is selected from a drop-down list, once all these columns per member have been populated with "Completed", then I'd like to put a static date of mm/yy in column 'N', automatically.

You won't be able to do that (i.e. insert a static date) with a formula, as the date (e.g. TODAY() ) will constantly change.

With static date this formula in N4 and filled down.
