Help - Find/Highlight similar values in cells

Hello - does anyone know of a simple way to find ANY duplicate words in 2 columns of cells?

It is not simple way :)
The formulas in the additional columns only for demonstrate and the same in conditional format. There is some limitation 99 - max length of source strings and could be increased,
ROW($1:$10) - 10 max quantity of words in the one cell

If you need use it with different ranges, you can use named range. See second sheet
