Help please. I'm trying to create a tracker. I need to calculate how many accrued SL per month will each employee have if we are given 7 SL in a year. I can't seem to figure out the formula. Thank you.

You need the math logic first. 7 sick days per calendar year is too vague. You need to define how many work hours go into getting the full 7 days.
52 weeks x 40 hours = 2,080 hours.
Divide that by 7 and you get 297 hours worked for each 1 sick day.
So for each hour they are paid, they earn 0.003365385 of a sick day.
For each 40 hours they are paid, they earn 0.134615385 of a day. So it takes roughly 7.5 work weeks to accrue a full sick day.
The easiest way to accrue will be to convert this to your pay period. So if paid every other week, then for each paycheck they accrue 0.269230769 of a day. Rough 3 checks to get a full day.
You get the idea.
