Excel formula to return multiple values on a vlookup with a changing value

    Hi,

I have a document where I am tracking incoming shipments based on their due dates. The vlookup is connected to a live pivot table with changing values. I tracking daily on view whether a certain purchase order has change dates, as well as attaching the number of units attached to that purchase order.

I have inserted a helped column for the vlookup (column A) that is a combinaton for the purchase order and style number, thus spitting out the values of the date and units etc. The problem with this is that there are duplicate purchase orders and style number combinations in column A, but the duplicates, say there are 2, both have different due dates as well as unit quantities. When I am pulling a vlookup, it is only returning the first value, thus throwing off my data.

Column P is looking up the due date change, and column M is looking up the unit value.

I need a formula that will return all values (date and units) associated with the purchase order. Can someone please help?

    Thanks,
    Jenny

Hello Jenny. Welcome to the forum.

Please upload a small representative workbook sample. The instructions are in the 'gold' banner at the top of this page titled "HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK:" and begin with your name.
