Formula to update the two numbers in the cell

Hello,

I am hoping explaining will help.
I have a column that is Yrs of Work Experience, the cells read "#yrs #m". (see photo for sample)

Is there a formula or function that will help update this every month? Or is the only option to manually update it?

Do you have the date when the experience started? If not I don't know how you would calculate it.

Let's say the experience start date is in A2. The formula would be
