Hello, I need help with conditional formatting.
In the attached file in line 2 there are acronyms of people that each contain 3 columns.
1-- if in a row each of these 3 columns there is only one acronym colored in gray.
2 - if there are 2 cells in the row that contain a yellow color code
3-- if there is the abbreviation N the 3 cells color light blue.

For the acronym "A" I made it.

    See example hand-made columns B-C-S

    Thank you

Berna11 Must the empty cells check for blank? I mean if *,*,N it is Blue or only ,,N?

Ok. One remark for WBD solution OFFSET(B5,0,-MOD(COLUMN(B5)-2,3),1,3) is volatile and calculate every time even the other work book calculating. So INDEX:INDEX which I used more preferable.

Re: Conditional formatting based on cell contents

Good evening, sorry I have a detail that I missed.
In case there is an R in the 3 column and in the other 2 columns there is an empty cell and one with an abbreviation, I would like all 2 to be colored gray.
Example: B22.D22 and F30: G30 are yellow they must be gray

If there is no R for B12: C12, yellow is fine
    Sorry again and thank you.
