How to solve multiple conditions with multiple answers

Hello there Excel Pros,

I am currently struggeling with a task in Excel which I hope one of you can solve.


Purpose is to create a spreadsheet that users can fill out individually. They will choose with dropdowns criteria based on which they should receive a result.

Firstly, they will choose in a dropdown. Next, they will rate the effort which will be summed up.


If you have any hints whether it is better to use a tablelookup, an IF AND formula or another formula, please let me know.
