    Index Match, Horizontal & Vertical Criteria

    I'm hoping someone can assist me with a formula (sample workbook attached). I have data that is spit out via a query in this format. I cannot edit the titles of the data. I am looking to return the number based off 4 different criteria. Two of them are in columns A and C, and the other two are in rows 3 and 4.

    Is this possible?

    G29=SUMPRODUCT((A5:A22=D28)*($C$5:$C$22=E28)*(D2:O2=F28)*(D3:O3=G28)*(D5:O22))
