You just changed my title for your thread with something just as useless as you had before!
Please note the title I've used: it tells us what you are trying to do. We know you need help and most people need help with a formula ...

You already have formulae in D, E, F and G.
There are no other tabs in the workbook - where are you wanting to transfer the data?
are the formulas correct? The 3 YTD's, I need those totals to carry over to February and then at the end of Feb to carry the YTD into March and so on
and then the subtotals for line 10 are they correct? should I just be totaling that particular column or should the formula be the same as (for example: F4 formula vs the subtotal in F10) the rest of the column?
ok I have added a second sheet to my report... can you see it or do I have to attach it again?
