    Parsing dates to calendar

Hello! I am looking for some help in creating an excel file in which I enter a name and date then use this data to populate reminders to a calander.
for example: Johnny 2/6/2020 I would then need to be able to recreate a reminder in different dates increments, say original date + 3 days, original date + 5 days. But these reminders would change for every name. However the set reminder dates would always be the same so 3,5,7 for example. I apologize as I am not explaining myself to well but below is an example of what I am trying to say.

    Johnny 2/6/2020 3,5,7
    Susan 2/5/2020 3,5
    Jerry 2/4/2020 3,7

I've setup a file in excel with holds my name and then calculates the dates for each constant but I need a way to let the file know I only want certain dates not all the constants. If anyone could point me into the right direction of what I need to look up to get some understanding that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, it would help if you attached a sample Excel workbook - see the instructions in the yellow banner at the top of the screen for details of how to do this.
