Logistics: How to update inventory based on part # and usage

Hello,

I hope all is well with y'all!

I'm not excel savvy whatsoever, so I'm not sure how to properly ask for what it is I need.

Using the picture below as the example, I'm looking for a formula that would deduct from each line item in Section "A", which is the current stock supply, based on Sections "B" & "C" and will continue to update as more items are checked out ...... So in this case, the first and second line items would have a current stock of 23, and the third would have 20.

Please let me know if that makes sense or not. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Does the attached help?
When you add a row to the Distribution list the stock will be updated.
The only problem is when you add some items to the stock. Will you enter it as a negative value in the distribution list?

Have you also seen the usage of an XL table (Part# and Qty columns) ?
