    Conditional Formatting help please

    Good Evening,

    I am trying to write some conditional formatting (formula) so that if cell C3 says “YES”,if cell E3 says “YES” and if cell E6 is equal or more than 2 then then it returns a value of “YES” in cell E8 (where conditional formatting is applied). If there is a “NO” in cell C3 or E3 or cell E6 value is 0 or 1 then returns a value of “NO” in cell E8.

    Hope you understand?

    Any help would be good.

    Thank you.

    Yidolee.

    Hi Yidolee,

    How does this do

    =IF(OR(C3="",E3="",F6=""),"",IF(AND(C3="Yes",E3="Yes",F6>=2),"Yes",IF(AND(C3="No",E3="No",OR(F6=1,F6=0)),"No","")))
    HTH
    Regards, Jeff

    Re: Conditional Formatting help please

    I need to expand now and add another cell,D3.

    So cell C3 or D3 says “YES”,if cell E3 says “YES”,if cell E6 is equal or more than 2 then then it returns a value of “YES” in cell E8 (where conditional formatting is applied). If there is a “NO” in cell C3,D3 or E3 or cell E6 value is 0 or 1 then returns a value of “NO” in cell E8.

    Have tried adding D3 into the formula but can’t seem to get it working?

    Many Thanks again,

    Yidolee

    Based on Jeff's formula it would seem that the following will work:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
