Median IF not working as I expect it to

Hi all

I am working on a dataset at the moment and have come across an issue with a formula that previously worked before I introduced blank cells to the column that it references. I have tried a multitude of different case checks to ignore the blank cells but it still doesn't work.

Please see my attached worksheet. I have highlighted where I am having trouble.

I have added a column "Clean $/SQM?" which signifies True if the $/sqm column in "For Sale Data" worksheet is blank. I then tried adding a IF(Table2[Clean $/sqm?]) clause to the median formula however it is not working.

Any ideas?

NOTE - I have previously asked about a MEDIANIF question however please understand that it is completely unrelated as that was in regards to PowerPivot measures and not standard formulae.

try zipping the file.
Did you use the Go advanced - Manage attachments wizard?

Why do we need to see such a 'heavy' file? Please strip it back to just the essentials needed to demonstrate your issue, then attach again.

Many members are understandably wary of downloading and unzipping files from the Internet.
