    Exclamation Ranking and Breaking Ties

    Hi,

I'm having a real issue regarding ranking with multiple criterias on excel and I'm hoping I would get some help in this forum since I couldn't figure this out myself.

Basically, there's 2 ranking: One with 1 criteria as tie breaker and the other with 2 criterias.

    RANK 1
    Column A: Rank
    Column B: Agent Name
    Column C: Accuracy (percentage)
Column D: Evaluations (quantity) - Tie Breaker 1

    RANK 2
    Column A: Rank
    Column B: Agent Name
    Column C: Satisfaction (percentage)
Column D: Evaluations (quantity) - Tie Breaker 1
Column E: Answered (quantity) - Tier Breaker 2

I've tried Rank.EQ, CountIFs and SUMPRODUCT with no avail.

I would really appreciate if someone help me with this 'minor' headache..

Hello Sakrammentum. Welcome to the forum.

I am not sure how to interpret the instructions. I started here by resolving the ties in your existing formulas 'Plan2'. In cell A3 and filled down.

In cell A10 and filled down.

    Is this helping?
