Hi, I need help coloring for the week.
In the attached file I would like to be able to color line 10 as line 16,
by week and, changing the month, they adapt to the week

This is a bit tricky, as I am not entirely clear how you want it to look, but you can use this in C17 drag copied across to calculate the week number:
=WEEKNUM($C$2+COLUMNS($C17:C17)-1,2)
You will need rules for each of the colours:
=C17=$C17
=C17=$C17+1
=C17=$C17+2
=C17=$C17+3
=C17=$C17+4
=C17=$C17+5
