Running complex "If" formula but dont want to get any repeat values.

The example I have is a table of Ship Names and some information on the ships.

I am seeking a way to run a formula that pulls information from the table and formats it in my desired order.

To do this I am currently running, (If two things are true, output "A72", if not Zero)

    =IF((Master!G2="In-Progress")*AND(Master!H2="SOH-O"),DE!A762, "")

This formula I have dragged and dropped down to repeat the formula however it outputs many blank cells. I want to pull all the data from the table so It has to be run many times to pull out the correct data.

I have tried nesting the IF formula but it will then create a duplicate of the first value that is True.

I have attached the document with what i am working on. You can see that I attempted to place the data into a table where i can remove "NIL" values to get my desired formatting. I would like to run this formula without needing to sort into tables and automatically format out the False.

Just from looking at it, the formula looks like it should be:

Thank you. Why, then, does it say 18 in your forum profile? Please take a moment to update it accordingly. Thanks.
