Match Cells and Sum Corresponding Values

Hi There

My example workbook explains the problem better than i can type....

I want to reference Column B, then total up the corresponding values from column D.

I have been trying all sorts of formula's but I just don't have the skills

Please could you assist

How about
In G4 copied down
=SUMIF($B$3:$B$32,F4,$D$3:$D$32)
