    How to average cells but other cells have conditions

    Hello Folks. If you may, kindly help me with my problem.

    How to average B03:AF26 but if the value of the cell is more than the value of A1, eg: M16,M17,M18, only 6 will be included in the average computation.

    Perhaps try the AVERAGEIF function?
