    Question Index Match with Number and Date

    I'm having trouble setting up my Index Match formula into cell F2 that is taking the number in cell F1 and matching it with a date from a table on another sheet (Sheet named Recap, Table I18:K40, date in column 2 of table)

    I'm new to using Index Match so I'm sure the problem is something as simple as a Text Format issue but I'm just not quite sure how to resolve it.
