INDEX MATCH does not return correct number

    INDEX MATCH does not return correct number

    I download a report from a database.

    I need to reformat some of the values and use INDEX MATCH.

    I noticed that one, and only one, value is not returned correctly.

    Anybody have any ideas?

    It is attached and marked with yellow.

    Index/Match will only return the FIRST matching entry.
