    Need formula combine 2 columns into one column

    Hello,

    I need a formula to combine column F & G into one column. I have attached a file here. And the screenshot below.

    If column D less or =4, then I need to use the formula from F, if greater than 4, then needs to use the formula in G. Each formula pull the data from a sheet. Column F & G will be deleted afterward.
