    problem with conditional foramtting

More than likely my problem is very simple but it seems not for me.

I have two columns, each cell in the two columns will accept a date

I would like to do a conditional format in each row that will highlight the cells if one date is larger than the other.

I've attached a file with a better explanation.

Either I have missed something or I think you're over complicating it? Try the below in your contioional formatting

    =$A8<$B8

    Yes I probably am.

It does work for one row. How would I go about making each row do it individually? I have 1506 rows I would like to apply it to.

Each row using the two cells to apply the conditional formatting.

    I got it.

Once again I was trying to over complicate it. Took a breath and realized what I had done.

    Thank you very much.........
