Find adjacent cell value from multiple criteria

I am stuck in trying to find a solution to this and am reaching out to the pros for help.

I need to identify the previous (left) cell value based upon 1) locating a reference value in column A, 2) locating a reference value in columns B:I, 3) return a value on the left of the reference from columns B:I.

From the attached, I want to find "19d0181" in column A and find "CUT" in columns B:K, while returning "LAM".

I'm stumped on this one and really could use some help.

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
