IF a date is greater than another date; return a certain number of days

Hi,

Need your expertise again about IF function, please. Attached is the info I am working on. This is what I would like to happen:

If the Start Date is greater than 01 Jan 2020, count the number of days between As of Date and Start Date.

If Start Date is less than or equal to 01 Jan 2020, count the number of days between As of Date and Calendar Start Date.
