    Cycle Time Issues

    Hello,

I have three columns, A and B are what exists and C is where I'm trying to house the formula and results in.

    Column A Column B example Column C
Claimed at: Completed at: Time of Completion (Days)
    2/11/2020 8:25 AM 2/11/2020 2:41 PM should return 0
    2/11/2020 8:55 AM 2/13/2020 8:42 AM should return 2
    2/11/2020 9:46 AM 2/12/2020 1:19 PM should return 1
    2/11/2020 3:18 PM 2/12/2020 9:08 AM should return 0
    2/11/2020 3:33 PM 2/14/2020 9:38 AM should return 3

Anything claimed and completed same day should return 0 as in days to complete. If completed next business day, then return 1, and so on for business days in between. If claimed on or after 3:00 PM, but completed same day or any time during the next business day, then return 0; if completed the next business day after, return 1 and so on. *If claimed on or after 3:00 PM, it is considered next day work.

I'm a bit of a novice to excel, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!
