Question Gantt Chart without Saturdays and sundays

Hello everyone ! I took one of the new excel amazing gantt chart template and have been modifying it to suit our needs. There is two problems I can't seem to resolve.

First : My dates and days go through saturdays and sundays, and I would like for them to not show up, I tinkered with WORKDAYS but I didn't manage to make it do what I want

Second : You'll see I have a project start date and how many days, and then I assign 1 of my 3 teams to the project. Sometimes, I'll assign 2 teams at once, and the color does change to show 2 teams, but I also need the planned days band to be reduced by the number of days both teams are working together (If I have a 10 day) plan, and I have 1 team work 7 days, and another team work with the first for the first 3 days, then my 10 day plan turns into a 7 days plan)

    Ill upload my excel file

Awesome perfect ! I'll need to change all my formulas now because all my times that go through the weekends are now 2 days too short. But at least it works

do you have any idea how I could modify my conditional formatting to skip the weekends ? because on my first line now it's supposed to go 10 days but it only goes 8 days since it counts the weekend even if its not there

The general cond. format in M9 is

    Formula: copy to clipboard

    applied to $M$9:$CW$19

For the individual colours add a 3rd element to the AND(). e.g.
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Re: Gantt Chart without Saturdays and sundays

Awesome ! I changed the formulas a little, all my project bands now work flawlessly, skipping the weekends and showing the full
amount of days ! I changed the formulas a little, I have to add a roundup in there, since we're trying to convert money for the project
into a number of days, and that number tends to change.

I'm linking back the up to date excel sheet for the second part of my question. In the example, we have ALAIN working 5 days in blue
Dominique Working 2 days in red (red + blue = purple) and Eric working 3 days. when I have two teams working together, they obviously work twice
as fast. I would like the Project chart to shorten with the amount of days 2 teams are working together. In this case, Chalifoux's
projet pink line should be shortened by 2 days

If anyone has any idea, I'll gladly take the help
