I'm not sure if I need Index, Match or a combination... cross referencing data points

    Hi,
I have a table with three columns, and I need to look up a value in a table and return that value in a cell. Column D shows a size (S, M, L, XL), and Column E shows a stage (Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, Stage 4, Stage 5, Stage 6, Stage 7). There's a table showing a how each size and stage returns a value, but I need that value to populate in a cell. How do I do this? I'm basicially trying to solve for G2:G10 in the attached sheet. I think I need Match or Index, maybe combined with a Vlookup, but I'm not able to do it right. Can you help?
    Thanks!
