    Returning distinct values from a column

    Good afternoon,

    I have a column that has some names in, the column can have some blanks in between and duplicates, i want to get the next value down in the list, ignoring the blanks and duplicates. I have managed to ignore the blanks using the formula below, but I cant get distinct values, could someone help me please?

    Enter formula in cell B2 and copy down

    You may need to use CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER
