Associate CR ID with multiple IDS in same ROW

In the attached file, there is a unique CR ID (column A) and is associated to multiple IDS (column AB). I want to be able to run a formula that will automatically associate each IDS with the unique CR ID in that same row.

For example, row 2 has a CR ID of 10001 and it has 2 IDS associated to it 18722 and 22793.
How can I place each IDS in a respective row with the same CR ID in a different tab and 2 columns?

18722 = 10001
22793 = 10001

And so on for each row---

Hi this works well; however, is there a reason why row 127 (CR ID 10143) is not working? Could it be because it has over 380 IDS to separate into rows? Thx in advance---
