SumIfs function based on multiple dependent Dropdowns

Hi All,

I'm looking to build out a marketing dashboard - I want to have a sumif function which can capture the aggregate total of a specific metric (i.e. total campaign spend, # of customers, etc) based on certain user selection from the pre-made dropdown selection (please see attached excel as a reference).

I can't have a traditional sumifs function since some of the drop-down selection are dependent on each other and there is the potential to select from dropdown but keep others unchanged (essentially there's a lot of output that are sub-totals of the totals), think of this as a pivot where you output results will move up/down based on the multiple filters you apply.
