How to Calculate multiple values within a table

Apologies, I posted previously and was asked to be more specific

I have a table that contains a nightly rate for a holiday home. At the moment I manually take the range a customer is staying and total the cost.

I would like to be able to calculate the total length of the customers stay by entering the date from and to.

Can anyone help with this as I only know basic Excel functions.
