Support with "IF" Formula based on 20 values returning different results

Morning All,

Looking for help to create a form of a league table for our team, once a month we have a fun quiz during the team meeting and at the end of the year, the top place wins a prize. Problem is, we rotate hosts and not everyone plays every week. I worked on the attached but i think i have hit my limit and can't get past the error...

Basically if you are 1st then you get 180 points, 2nd = 170 points, 3rd = 160 points and so on, finally Hosts or DNP get zero. This formula is currently in cell C5 and that's where i really need the help...
