Perfect! Here the attachment could be probably an overkill, but anyway i copied part of your post to a file, made text-to-columns and then wrote the formula (checking if it works as expected.
Note it uses day 0 of months 3*1+1=April, 3*2+1 = July etc. to get last day of previous month. Its shorter (and quicker) than relying on =EOMONTH( some date ,0)
