Math formula not calculating properly

Hello everyone,

I have problem with =100000*(0.08*(1+0.08)^3/(1+0.08)^3-1)
I am getting answer -92000 and should be 38803.3514

Please see attached photo for manual calculations.
I also attached sample sheet

You're missing a set of brackets, it should be
=D2*(D3*(1+D3)^3/((1+D3)^3-1))

The easies way to find these sorts of problems, is by using the "Evaluate Formula" facility found on the Formula tab.
