Lookup values from a < and > List

Team,

I am running a physical fitness assessment and the evaluation guidance I received was if X time is achieved, then X points will be given. It is also broken up by gender and age.
I am using Index/Match to find the point value for the time. Since the times are in ranges, some people may come in on a time not specifically listed so I created a Greater than X, Less than X column( Column w, Run Standards Page). I reference the spot I will have the score, with a test score submitted, the score column for M age 17-21 and my "Column W" but it comes back N/A/
I do not understand why its not working.
Please let me know what went wrong and how I can fix it.
Thanks Team.

Respectfully

-Phil

1. You cannot use a numeric range like that, excel see's it as text, not a number. You would be better off having a single column of real numbers, using the lower value in each range.

2. The entry you have D2 is text, not a value. If you changed that to a real number, and used the suggestion above, it should work for you
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
