Scheduling Products by Week, based on adjustable build rate

I would like a formula that takes a adjustable build rate per week (Yellow Highlighted Cells) and adjusts the start date to account for the mix per week.

Example would be. If the build rate for Product A,B and C is 1 unit per week, then the start date for the first Product A (14670) would be 4/13/2020 (Or any day during this current week), Product B (14769) would be 4/13/2020 (Or any day during this current week), and Product C would be 4/13/2020 (Or any day during this current week).

The next Product A, B, and C would be next week start dates, and so on.

If I change the Build rate number in column H to different numbers, I would like the formula to slot the products by week accordingly.

Is there more information I need to provide? Or do I need to look at another avenue to do this?
