Hi,

Please enlighten me what does MD mean? what does RSE mean? Not everybody understands your technical jargon or initialisms...
MD means (Market Distributor -Column Header) and RSE means (Retail Sales Executive-Column Header).
If you see my attachment you will understand what I want.

Be aware that members usually select the threads they will answer to by the title.
You cannot expect members to open attached sheets to understand what you mean, but they expect you to give them as much as possible easily accessible info so they do not waste their time.
How about
=TEXTJOIN(", ",,IF(Data!$D$8:$D$300=A2,Data!$A$8:$A$300,""))
...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.
@Pepe Le Mokko, First of all, I would like to inform you that I do not expect anyone to open the attached sheets to understand what I mean, I always define my problem as much I can. And my title is very clear. That thing is different that you did not understand this post of mine.
=TEXTJOIN(", ",,IF(Data!$D$8:$D$300=A2,Data!$A$8:$A$300,""))
@Fluff13 Thanks for reverting, but your formula is not working for me.
In what way?
Hi Pankaj,
I know that you want comma separated names but a Pivot Table (with slicer?) might be more useful when working with this data. See the attached for another way to access your data. If you click the "+" sign in the pivot it will expand to show all people under. Or use the slicer tool.

That is exactly what my idea does. It displays all RSE names for a particular MD.I want RSE according to MD names
If that is not what you want, then you will need to offer a better explanation. Or better yet, supply a workbook with the expected outcome.
@MarvinP, Bro thanks for reverting. But I want comma-separated names and I do not want to make it big process as I don't want it to count. I want to show all these names according to their MD.
Okay. Please see this link http://www.filedropper.com/requiredf...xtjoinformulaf
In green cell the expected result.
Please upload the file to this site.

@AliGW , Okay Ma'am. Sorry for this. Next time, I will try to explain my title more effectively.
Thank you.
For 2019 I'm afraid not, but maybe someone else can.I want only distinct RSEs name for Particular MD.
Ok Pankaj,
Put this in B2 and pull it down for your answer.
