I copied a excel spread sheet from my friend, I still kept getting error message

Hi All
There are two issues.
I copied a excel spread sheet from my friend and it has link to some area. when I open the file it kept asking that I do not have access to it . How can I get ride of them?

I went through the formulas...> Name Manager and I cleared all of formulas. but I still got the error message please see the attached print screen

Also, when I wanted to move or copy of on worksheet and create to end of sheet. I got an message see print screen 2. and If I accept yes to all There is no problem. I need to get ride of these message

Please advise.

Hi @mimikat2020,

To follow up on what biex said, go to Data > Edit Links. You will see a white field that will probably have some links in it. Off to the right, you will have an option for "Break Link". Press that and once all of the links are cleared, you will be good to go.
