To generate a sequence of summation

I wanted to generate a formula for sum of values, but not a direct sum. For the first row it should be equivalent to the value in the amount, for the second it should be the sum of values in 2nd and 3rd row and so on. I have attached a set of data and the expected output as well.

Explanation

If reference cell is equal to 1, 6, 7 or 8 row, return same value
If reference cell is equal to 3 or 5 row, value above reference + reference
else reference + value below reference

im sure someone will come and have better solution
