Drag down formula but range remain consistent

Hello. I need help with this. I want to drag down the formula of of my 1st cell but it doesn't work. the formula is =SUM('RAW DATA'!B2:B6).

What I want is when I drag down, it will become =SUM('RAW DATA'!B7:B11)

but instead it becomes =SUM('RAW DATA'!B3:B7). how to make this work?

    Please try at B3
    Non-volatile

    =SUM(INDEX('RAW DATA'!B:B,ROWS(B$3:B3)*5-3):INDEX('RAW DATA'!B:B,ROWS(B$3:B3)*5+1))

    or volatile
    =SUM(OFFSET('RAW DATA'!$B$2,ROWS(B$3:B3)*5-5,,5))
