Drop down list plus linked cells combined

Good morning/evening Excel Gurus!

I have been a frequent user of Excel for years but have not used it in recent years so my proficiency has dropped so need to help.

Problem: I am creating a data input file where I will have a large amount of medical facilities provide basic data relating to supplies and equipment. I know how to create a drop down list in data validation and I know how to create a link to go to a specific cell...I need to combine these two. I would like the medical facility to chose their specific facility from the drop down list. Once they do, it will take them to a specific cell within the same sheet that they will provide info into.

Sorry for overlooking the example requirement. See attached. I would like a drop down list, that once an item is selected, it will go to the linked cell reference.
