Populating Shirt Sizes By Name and Quantity

Hi,

This is a small snippet of a project I've been working on. Basically we've placed an order of nearly 500 items and I was looking for a better way to populate each individual's order by size and quantity. There are 56 people.

Is there any way I could display each order using the information I've got now so it shows something similar to:

Ahlstrom

Navy Blue
3 XL

Military Green
1 2XL

and so on?

Or is there a better way that I can display the data instead of sifting through such a large amount of data?

Thank you. And I am using it on a Mac for these purposes since I'm at home, but I will be emailing and printing the information from a Windows PC at work.
