Reserve Calendar Days Row for Holidays Only

    Hello,

There are Calendar sheets 1-12 that have events in the days. Is there a way to only have Holidays on the rows that have the day numbers?

The other 5 rows I would like for appointments please which are row 65 and below on the Events sheet.

    Thank you

My proposition of conditional formatting with a rule based on formula: select B4:O33 and use such formula for formatting:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Note that in attached file I moved St. Valentines day a month earlier (Sheet Events) to check how it works with more dates than just New Year

Thank but I didn't want the appointments in the same row as the Holidays. See the new revision. I was able to adjust the formulas so the appointments are below the Numbered days rows.

I just need to redo the conditional formatting for the days that don't have any dates.

Whoops, Reserve not reverse :-) It's 11PM here, so my eyes are a bit tired.

And the formula for conditional formatting of range B4:O33 and B34:E39, with the rule based on formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Hi Kaper,

Thanks for the help but the month titles are I think in Polish.

If this is corrected how can the conditional formatting be applied to the remaining months?

Jus use the conditional formatting as mentioned in the post text to your file. This way Excel will have no chance to manipulate month names language version.

So select And the formula for conditional formatting of range B4:O33 and format with the rule based on formula:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    then copy formatting to B34:E39
