Excel Solver: Simplex LP. Constraints are not respected

    Hi Forum

I've spent the last 3 weeks trying to get the Solver to give me the correct result and respect the constraints that i have defined.

My current issue is, that the values in F:46-51 must not excede those present in B:46-51
It though keeps ignoring this constraint (Answer report says it is binding, and even the formula shown there says it must not be larger than)

I have rebuilt the model 4 times now, but i cannot rootcause the problem...

Anyone who could be so kind as to lead me in the correct direction?

I had a quick look at your model but could not see any direct problem with it except ignoring the set constraint. From you answer report I see you are running
Excel 16 a version I don't now much about but could it be that the size of your model is more than excel can handle?

I had a go at running your model using the OpenSolver a freebie from the university of Auckland NZ that integrates nicely with excel. There are no limitations on the model size
in the OpenSolver. And using this there was no problems with results exceeding the set constraint witch I feel is and indication that model size could be the problem.
