Data Export to Condensed List Form

So I'm still working on my Inventory Management System for work. Last time I grabbed info and plugged into a pre-designed list form. I cant do that this time. I need it to fill itself out.

While I'm cant comprehend how this would be possible with normal Formulas (based on my limited knowledge) I fear I might have to switch over to pivot tables and macros which Im not familiar with at all

Anyways. I need the information to be broken up by the these things next to each other. Order Number, Company, Product and Amount. While also ignoring the notes

I think you grabbed from the wrong Tab. I should of clarified. The info I want to grab is in the Tab Order Dump.

My Problem is that with the Pivot table (at least the way i copied from you) is that all the information is all in Column A. And it isnt that easy for me to then grab that cluster of information and format it the way I have it in the Orders Tab.

Though if it helps I still have the complete list of Product readily available. and also the majority of the list for the Companies we use. Incase there is a formula i can use to help pull the info to help me sort it better

I built the PT from the Tab Orders Dump Page. However, here is an alternative solution. I employed Power Query which is available in Windows Excel versions from 2010 and later. The Mcode to arrive at your solution is:
