Lightbulb Generating a list of checkmarked items using a formula Vlookup?

    Hi,

I have a spreadsheet that has a list of product names, products skus, product expiration dates and checkbox. If a product is expired I hide the product from the website(Sometimes the product is only hidden on wholesale site OR only hidden on retail site). Once the item is hidden on the website, I check the box and it turns the cell for product names, products skus, product expiration dates gray.

I want to have a seperate sheet that generates a list of products that are checked(or hidden). This way I can give the rest of my team a list of deactivated products to work on.

Can anyone help lead me in the right direction?Screen Shot 2020-04-20 at 10.53.05 AM.png

Hello cnavar1992. Welcome to the forum.

I don't know if this will work in Google Sheets, but I think it's worth trying.
A checkbox can be assigned to a particular cell.
In Excel, you find it by right-clicking checkbox, Format control, Cell link. Maybe you try and find checkbox Properties in Google sheets.
Say you link checkbox on row 2 to cell P2, checkbox on row 3 to cell P3, and so on.
Assuming product names in column A, you can array enter (Ctrl+Shif+Enter) this formula in row 2 in any column and copy down:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Good luck!
