    Phantom Grand Total

The attached Excel file shows a representation of the data imported, at the same time, to two different Excel platforms, using the same Excel template.
The template has a single relevant formula (D13/H13) and the correct display (on a PC with Win 10, Office 365) is the RH block. The LH display(on a Laptop, Win 10, Excel 2016) has the unwanted, 'Phantom' Grand Totals.

I'm assuming there is a setting that has automatically introduced the Grand Totals that, despite much searching, I have failed to find.

How do I stop Grand Totals being added to the Laptop display?

    Re: Phantom Grand Total

a representation is no help at all. there are no formulas or commands to determine what the problem is. Is it a pivot table, in pivot table options, totals & filters, show grand totals for columns (untick the box)

but this is all guessing as we do not have enough to go on

    Re: Phantom Grand Total

Sorry. I should have realised! I'm now attaching a copy of the template with the sensitive info removed but all the formulae and formatting intact.
Each block of sample data given in my other attachment fits into Rows 14-17, Columns D,E & F and the unwanted Grand Totals appeared in Row 18.

Thank you for your prompt attention.

Templates not uploadable so have attached the related file.

    Re: Phantom Grand Total

The data is exported from a CRM via a reporting add-on. The template was originally uploaded to the Reporter add-on and each issue of the data is then exported as an .xls file (Excel 2003??)
This is a well tried procedure that we have used many thousands of times with this single occurrence of the Grand Totals.
