Performance issue - Calculating (12 Threads) : xx% - Update / System screen

Is there a way to know (through a dashboard or a screen) what cells / sheets / query / file excel is calculating when I see "Calculating (12 Threads) : xx%" ? I'm currently using a large that up until recently worked pretty smoothly but is now talking a long time to recalculate everytime a change a cell (even if that cell is not linked to a formula).

Any tips or hints I could look at so i can optimise my workbook?

Are you using volatile functions?
