Ranking with criteria/ Formatting Issues

Hello,

I've attached a workbook of my work so far.

I have two tabs in the workbook. One tab is labeled Top 8 and the other Data. The overall goal is to be able rank by region. I am able to successfully use my scorecard when just looking at one region, but as soon as i tried to bring in the other regions, my ranking formulas don't work the same anymore.

What i want to do is be able to dump the data in the "Data" tab, and the formula's know to to only evaluate/rank based on region area. I can do the process separately for each region without issue, but i was hoping to find a solution that would allow me to do everything at once, but still give me the results compartmentalized.

Apologies if this isn't enough information and i'll provide whatever is requested.

Would it be possible to just get rid of the "Top 8" tab entirely and just use a Filter on the appropriate column inside the Data tab to only display the "Top 8" when you want to do that?

I would probably create a helper column on the end of the Data table that would just do a simple Boolean test in the cell like:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

And then you can filter that helper column for TRUE when you want to display the top 8, and then just turn the filter off to see everything.

Thank you Ben for the response. While filtering on the top 8 would work, my issue is that i don't have a functional way currently to rank by region.

As an example, i have 24 trucks in South
18 trucks in North
42 trucks in the Gulf Coast

I need to be able to rank each region separately. All of my data comes from the same place, so i'd like to be able to manage this all through one area instead of a worksheet for each region.

If this needs to be done separately by region, instead of all on one worksheet then so be it. Just looking to see if i could save myself some effort. Especially since this will be done monthly.
